Bitmap and Vector are the different types of computer file formats that you can set for images. These two are the ones that were introduced while editing on Photoshop, and when opening each file the look is slightly different.
Bitmap files use pixels to make the bigger picture, pixels are the smallest of color in the image that you see. Thousands and thousands pixels were used to make the image which depends on the resolution set on the picture, the bigger the resolution the more pixels there are. Resolution determines the quality of the picture and often are the best looking of the two. This file format is also easier to convert to files like JPG, PNG, TIF, BMP. Bitmap is the format that you will use most often in Photoshop. Vector files are images that are completely described by mathematical definitions. Actual lines make up the drawing of the photo, which are made up of many points with lines interconnecting ll of them are just a couple of control points connected using Bezier curves. When focusing on file size they tend to be smaller because of Bezier curves that shape the drawing.Unlike bitmap files Vector images don't lose quality by being scaled from its original size which makes this commonly used for things people have to resize every now and then. While this is not the default, Photoshop can use the Vector format, and re most saved as EPS, PDF, PSD, and AI.

In 2015 many activists had forced the Federal Communications commission (FCC) to have the laws of net neutrality, so that everyone can have the freedom of the internet to go anywhere they want without complications.
Net neutrality is the ability to communicate online freely, meaning that Internet Service Providers (ISP’s) should not interfere with your normal roaming through websites and going through content. It make sure that everyone experiences the same speed when going to the same websites no matter what ISP you have, making everyone equal. But right now that Trump’s FCC chairman, Ajit Pai, wants to destroy that, our freedom is now in danger. If we lose Net Neutrality then the ISP’s will be able to decide which sites and content are more valuable and differ the speeds able to access it compared to less valuable sites. And if needed (wished) by the ISP, they have the power to shut down sites all together. In a world where competition is everything, this is dangerous to let them have the power. Think of it like this, the ISP Comcast owns most of Hulu, the online video streaming like many others, most likely if you had Comcast, they would make that site fast and make other online video streaming sites, like Netflix, HBO, Amazon Video, Twitch, will be slowed due to this. And if one that is a consumer wished for faster speeds to sites, they would have to pay more just to access those faster. What it all boils down to is money and it's not right to those who don't have the best internet or struggle to pay internet, where in this modern world, internet is pretty much necessary at this point for lots of things.
